Digital delivery may be delayed due to: incomplete artwork, incorrect details, pending approvals, unavailable files, delayed customer response, or third-party platform delays. We will make reasonable efforts to meet the stated timeline.
5. No Physical Shipping
No physical shipping applies for digital products and services. If any physical product is offered in the future, shipping details will be provided separately at checkout.
6. Delivery Confirmation
Once a digital product or service has been delivered, published, shared, or made accessible to the customer, the order will be considered delivered.
7. Incorrect Customer Information
