1. Introduction
This Refund Policy explains the rules for cancellation, refund, and dispute requests for digital products and services purchased through Best Art Gallery. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
2. Digital Services
Best Art Gallery provides digital services including artist promotion, gallery listing, Instagram or social media features, digital display, art interpretation, and content creation.
3. Delivery Timeline
All digital services are delivered within 7–10 business days after successful payment and receipt of all required customer details. Delays due to incomplete information or pending customer approval are not considered service failures.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in limited cases: duplicate payment received, payment received but order not accepted, service cannot be provided, technical error confirmed by our team, or any other case approved by Audiva E Tech LLC after review. Refund approval is not automatic.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally not eligible for refund: digital services already started or completed, artist promotion packages after work has started, social media posting after preparation or posting, customised digital work, customer-approved content, and requests raised after service delivery.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before processing or content creation has started. Once work has started, cancellation may not be possible and the order may become non-refundable.
7. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, contact hello@bestart.gallery with: order number, customer name, registered email, reason for refund request, and payment proof if required.
8. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days or more depending on payment gateway and bank processing times.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
Please contact us first at hello@bestart.gallery before raising a chargeback. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve genuine concerns.
